Tim Webster Building Pty Ltd completed my new home in 2019. It is an architect designed, high specification home which is used as a full time residence in beautiful Kangaroo Valley. I highly recommend the firm's work and particularly the attention to detail provided by Tim Webster throughout. Not only was the work of a high quality standard technically but Tim made frequent suggestions which added value to the aesthetic and practical aspects of the design. The result is a beautiful and functional home which is a joy to live in.
If all houses were built by Tim, there would be no more horror TV shows about building. The build was on time, on budget and all changes were discussed, costed and signed off before they went ahead (no TV mileage there). But what really made it great was Tim's commitment - you'd swear it was his own house he was building. I've come to the site on a Sunday to find Tim there on his own finessing a finish, or had him turn up sick for a meeting 'because he said he'd be there'. I felt completely confident to only visit the site every week or two (I work in Sydney) knowing that Tim was on the case. Tim's team of tradesmen were just as good. A house painter who did the final touch ups with a cotton bud (it's true!); Eddie the tiler who consulted on whether I wanted the tile join to be flush with the basin or with the mirror (a few centimetres but it looks better). Honestly, it was amazing. And, unsurprisingly, so is the final result. The removalist who moved me in described it as "the most beautiful house he'd delivered furniture to in years', and dozens of visitors have ooh'd and aah'd over it since then. Most importantly, I love it. I love the space, the quality of finishes, the attention to detail, and the really positive experience of building it. It was a pleasure start to finish. Honestly, if you could get Tim and his team, why would you want anyone else to build your home for you?
We have no hesitation in highly recommending Tim Webster Building. Tim was accurate in his initial assessment as to the scale and cost of our duplex building project. Our build which involved quite a lot of detail was done with care and precision. Nothing was too much trouble; any of our requests along the way were met happily and to our requirements. We were very pleased with the quality of workmanship. Tim’s tradesmen were skilled and competent in their respectful trades and were very courteous and respectful when we visited during the building process. On completion the buildings and building site were left clean and tidy. Thanks so much Tim. We have moved in and are very happy with the end result. We will be doing a further project and hope Tim will be available to work for us again.

We want to thank Tim Webster Building for being a part of our renovation. Our renovation couldn't have come at a more hectic time of our lives as within a month of bringing home our third baby from hospital the renovations began. Tim worked diligently and quickly despite poor weather to have our house liveable and presentable for Christmas. Our renovation is being done in stages and Tim has been understanding and upfront about renovation issues and time lines which has helped us to plan the most efficient and cost effective approach. We are really impressed with the attention to detail and the end result of works completed, looks amazing. Tim has proven that he has listened to us as the client and can deliver us a finished product that's close to our original plans. With Tim on our side the renovation has not been the nightmare that we thought a renovation would be. In fact we can't wait to get Tim back to do the next stage!!!

We bought a 50’s fibro cottage that had been poorly extended in the 80’s and we knew needed major work to make it liveable. It was a difficult job with finding asbestos in the middle of the house during the work and what’s more we have two dogs and a one year old child. We removed the only bathroom because it wasn’t worth saving and added two new bathrooms and a new internal laundry and moved some internal walls and added more to make it all fit and swapped from septic to sewer at the same time. It was a big and complex job.
This was all done with our family still living in the house so Tim had to work around us so we didn’t lose a toilet (or our sanity) in the process. We were prepared to use a neighbour’s toilet for a day or so but somehow he managed it so we had two for a while instead of none. He was always considerate of our needs and it never phased him no matter what popped out of the woodwork.

We recently completed our Gerringong duplex with the help of our builder Tim Webster. Tim made our building process stress free & an enjoyable experience. During construction we found Tim very easy & reliable to work with. The project was completed on time & within our budget. We have no hesitation in recommending or using Tim Webster Building in any future projects. 18 months on & we are still more than happy with the building Tim Webster & his team has completed for us.

Tim Webster built for me a 100m2 timber cottage with wraparound verandah as an additional building on my farm. The building was architect designed comprising two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large family room/kitchen.
The works started on time and finished on time. Throughout the whole period of the contract Tim was most pleasant to deal with, co-operative, knowledgable with open communications. The finished product was built to a high standard with only a few minor defects which he promptly rectified. Following practical completion he has remained responsive to any additional work that I required.
Tim's work is of a high quality. His open and pleasant manner makes him very enjoyable to work with.
